Equine Services for Heroes<\/strong><\/p>\n

for our military veterans of any age or type of disability.<\/p>\n

Specific precautions are addressed through an evaluation to determine eligibility.<\/p>\n

The gait of the horse mimics the natural movement of the human body when walking.<\/p>\n

Improves balance and coordination<\/p>\n

Relaxes tight muscles<\/p>\n

Working with horses provides constant feedback, reflecting our behavior.<\/p>\n

Horses mirror our state of mind and never judge.<\/p>\n

Learning to interact with them provides a sense of peace and an emotional well-being that can carry over into our daily lives.<\/p>\n

Riders at this level can ride alone and are capable of advanced maneuvers and skills. These riders will learn routines and will hold a performance at the end of the semester.<\/p>\n

\nHOHB requests that you complete\/update this Medical History and Physician\u2019s Statement Form.<\/p>\n
